Rehab ended. Your progress doesn't have to.

HeartPrint is a supervised exercise program in San Antonio for life after cardiac rehab, built on your own heart and lung test results, not age-based guesses. We start with a cardiopulmonary exercise test (CPET), give you personal training zones, and retest at 12 weeks so you can see the change in numbers.

Founding Member Offer: only 10 spots

Join our first HeartPrint group and lock in launch pricing for a full year.

12-week program with a CPET at the start and at week 12: $995 (regularly $1,200 to $1,500), or 2 payments of $497.50

Membership after week 12: $149/month, locked for 12 months (regularly $179 to $229)

6-month CPET retest: included (regularly $195)

Enrollment closes November 15 or when 10 spots are filled. Founding members agree to complete both CPETs, attend at least 80% of sessions to keep the locked rate, and allow anonymous use of their results.

Two programs. One method: train by your own numbers.

Heart Strong (Cardiac Maintenance)

For you if you:

• Finished cardiac rehab and don't want to lose what you built

• Used up your covered rehab sessions

• Have had a stent, bypass, valve repair or heart attack and are now stable

• Want supervised exercise, with your blood pressure and heart rate checked every session

Requires a clearance letter from your physician. Small groups of up to 5 during the 12-week program.

Zone Training (CPET Cardio Fitness)

For you if you:

• Have high blood pressure or prediabetes, or want to lose weight

• Want to improve your fitness and longevity with real data

• Are a runner or cyclist who wants exact training zones

Starts with a health screening form. Coached small groups of up to 8, or remote coaching.

Still in hospital or Phase II cardiac rehab? Finish it first. It's usually covered by insurance, and HeartPrint is designed to be your next step.

Your HeartPrint in 4 steps

1. Screen and clear. Complete a health history form. Heart Strong clients bring a clearance letter from their physician.

2. Test (CPET). Walk or bike while we measure your breathing, heart and oxygen use. It shows how your heart and lungs respond to effort, and where your safe training limits are.

3. Train in your zones. You get a one-page zone report and train in small, supervised groups at set class times, with vitals checked before and after every session.

4. Retest and see the proof. At week 12 we repeat your CPET and compare your VO2peak (your fitness score) before and after, then set new zones.

On a beta-blocker or have atrial fibrillation? Heart-rate zones can mislead you. HeartPrint sets your zones by the speed or watts measured in your own test.

Simple cash pricing. No insurance needed.

Frequently asked questions

Is this cardiac rehab?

No. HeartPrint is a supervised exercise and fitness program for people who have finished rehab or don't need it. If your doctor has referred you to cardiac rehab, please complete it first; it's usually covered by insurance.

Do I need a referral?

Heart Strong clients need a clearance letter from their physician. Zone Training clients complete a health screening form, and we may ask for a clearance letter based on their answers.

What is a CPET?

A cardiopulmonary exercise test. You walk on a treadmill or ride a bike while wearing a mask that measures your breathing. It shows how your heart, lungs and muscles work together, and gives us your exact training zones.

Does insurance pay for this?

HeartPrint is cash pay. Many clients use HSA or FSA funds, and we can provide a letter of medical necessity to support that.

What happens after 12 weeks?

You retest, get new zones, and can continue with a membership at 2 or 3 classes a week, or follow a Remote Zone Plan at home.

Can I keep taking my medications?

Yes. Take them as usual, including on test day, so your zones match how your body works day to day.

Know your numbers. Train with confidence.

Start with a CPET, or claim one of 10 Founding Member spots before November 15.

HeartPrint is a medically supervised exercise program. It is not a cardiac rehabilitation program as defined by Medicare and does not replace care from your physician. Physician clearance is required for clients with heart disease. Individual results vary.
